Mr. Philip Cheng, a director and president of the Company, is a HKSAR passport holder. He holds a master’s degree in both Business Administration and Business Economics. Currently Mr. Cheng serves as a director of Broadata (H.K.) Limited, Kaifa Technology (H.K.) Limited, and Kaistar Lighting (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. He is also the chairman of the board of Country Lighting (BVI) Co., Ltd. In November 1989 Mr. Cheng was successively appointed vice president and senior vice president of the Company. With effect from May 2010 he served as the president of the Company. Since April 1990 Mr. Cheng has served as a director of the board and the president of the Company for seven consecutive sessions. He was re-elected as a director of the eighth session of the board of the Company and the president of the Company in April 2016.

Mr. Shangyun Mo is a Chinese citizen and a vice president and CFO of the Company. Mr. Mo studied corporate finance at the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Science under the Ministry of Finance. He holds a master’s degree in economics. He is also a senior accountant and registered accountant. Currently he is serving as the chairman of Shenzhen Kaifa Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen Kaifa Trading Limited; Shenzhen Kaifa Electronics Maintenance Limited; and Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. He is also a director of the following companies: Hainan Kaifa Technology Limited; Suzhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.; Dongguan Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.; Huizhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen Kaifa (Suzhou) Electronics Limited; Dongguan Chitwing Technology Co., Ltd.; Shenzhen City Kemei Technology Company Limited; Shenzhen Kaifa Precision Technology Limited; Shenzhen Kaifa Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. He previously worked as a senior manager at the Finance Department of the Company. He was also the finance manager at Dapeng Network Company Limited and Shenzhen Overglobe Development Co., Ltd. He was also the comptroller of Shekou Longdian Industries Limited. Mr. Mo served as a finance director of Tong Guang Nortel Ltd. as well as assistant to the comptroller of Hunan Zhuzhou Torch Company Limited. In October 2004 he became the chief financial controller of the Company. He is a current executive vice president of the company.

Mr. Gengshen Zhou, Chinese citizen, graduated from the Department of Precision Instruments, and School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, holds a Bachelor‘s degree of Engineering and a Master‘s degree of Business Administration. Mr. Zhou is a professorate senior engineer, a member of the Electronic Technology Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. He served as director of China electronics Corporation Information Service Co., Ltd., senior vice president of China Great Wall Technology Group Co., Ltd., director and president and vice president of China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd., general manager of the monitor division, general manager of the printer division, etc. He is serving as the vice president of the company since January 2021.

Ms. Min Cao, vice president of the Company, a Chinese citizen, obtained a master's degree in accounting and national senior account. She studied economic law and public relations of Chengdu University, accounting major at graduate institute of Xiamen University and enterprise finance and investment management major of Hongkong University. Mrs. Cao is studying as a law postgraduate in Naikai University. She is currently in charge of Management Office, Legal Affairs Department. She once worked as assistant accountant, accountant, finance senior executive, finance senior manager and assistant financial controller. Mrs. Cao previously served as a vice president, chief financial controller and board secretary of Dongguan Chitwing Technology Co., Ltd. She used to be the associate general counsel of the Company, the general manager of Chongqing Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. respectively. She is serving as vice president of the company.

Mr. Hao Zhou, a Chinese citizen, MBA, graduated from North China Electric Power University in 1989, majoring in mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment, and majoring in business administration from New York Institute of Technology in 2004. Mr. Zhou is now in charge of Kaifa's Commercial and Industrial Business Unit. Served as a mechanical engineer in the cold work workshop and a dispatching engineer in the production planning department of the Hunan Electric Power Equipment General Factory, a process engineer, a senior SPC engineer, and a senior customer service engineer in Kaifa's head stack assembly department, the quality department manager of Shenzhen Kaifa Magnetic Recording Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kaifa Deputy General Manager and Plant Manager of Kaifa Aluminum Substrate Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Commercial and Industrial Products Business Unit of the company. He is serving as the Assistant to President of the company since February 2021.

Mr. Lexin Xiu, a Chinese citizen, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, graduated from Xi’an Jiao tong University in 1997, majoring in mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment. Mr. Xiu in now in charge of the company's Smart Device Business Unit, Structural Component Business Unit, Shenzhen Kaifa Suzhou Electronics Co., Ltd. integrated business unit, and smart manufacturing technology center. Former Manager of Dongguan Yuanxing Computer Technology Co., Ltd., Manager of TCL Ace Electric (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., Factory Manager of Shenzhen Huipu Electronics Co., Ltd., Director of China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Co., Ltd., Director of Goofy Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The head of customer service and new projects in the Communications and Consumer Electronics Business Unit, and the general manager of the company's Smart Vehicle Business Unit. He served as the Assistant to President of the company since February 2021.

Female, Chinese nationality, holds a bachelor's degree in management from the school of business administration, Hebei University of Technology, and a master's degree in engineering mechanics from the school of engineering mechanics, China University of Petroleum. She previously served as the manager of the human resources and administration department at Shenzhen Development Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and has held positions such as senior director of human resources at the company. Currently, she is Vice President of this company, responsible for human resources, administrative management, and quality operation management.
