We have continued to unite employees together and developed each employee’s subjective dynamic role in the company. Their tireless effort to form a positive team atmosphere has improved employee turnover rates, which fell from 24.8% in the first half of the year to 4.9% in the second half. In addition to this direct labor costs have fallen by 19.6% under their management.   Kang Sihai Performance Improvement Communication and Consumer Electronics Business Unit Through our innovative management and persistent focus on streamlining production and processes, we were able to reduce employee expenses by 20% in 2019. By using advanced industry-standard technology to improve the department’s internal engineering capability and overall management level, we successfully broke into the field of advanced machine production and obtained glowing customer recognition for our work. Our sterling and consistent efforts to formulate key quality indicators to ensure control throughout the production process resulted in 0 customer quality complaints over a period of 24 months.   Xing Yuqi R&D Information Systems Department We successfully implemented the HR support upgrade after the 2019 personal income reform. In addition to this we have also promoted the application of business systems in overseas factories. We finished the upgrade and migration of the ERP systems and helped usher in the new generation of SAP S/4HANA platforms. The upgrade to system has improved the average session response time to 32 times faster than it was originally.
