This will allow for the integrated management of enterprise resources and achieve the goal of optimizing resource application.    the Function Highlights of the New Generation of Kaifa's SAP S/4HANA   Financial Controlling Financial data is correlated, drilled, and analyzed in accordance with the aggregated structure on the SAP S/4HANA consolidated reporting system. When combined with the recommended monthly report requirements of SAP S/4HANA, program analysis and process optimization will ensure that the group’s monthly reports are built on a foundation of a reduction in the required processing time necessary for system transactions.   Human Resources From top-level design combing and based on the standard SAP structure and Kaifa’s own characteristic structure, forms Kaifa’s SAP-HR framework that is compatible with the SAP standard structure. This allows for real-time output of system data and image output through a variety of display tools. In addition to this the breakthrough realization of Kaifa’s organization charts is directly mined in the system.   Production Planning The production module fully integrates and utilizes SAP’s native industry enhancement package. To better compliment production needs, a new production capacity use has also been added. Production capacity can now be analyzed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This ensures that long-term planning can quickly simulate capacity requirements. Coinciding with the ever-expanding characteristics of product types, the configurable BOM function assists production whilst reducing main data maintenance workload. This assistance ensures that production is carried out in an orderly manner and supports the normal operation of customs.   Material Management SAP S/4HANA brings together native suppliers and customers to become new business partners for Kaifa. At the same time, it also provides detailed classification, grading, accurate data searching and docking. Expanding a single model that only gets quotas from client, it combines purchase related periphery system data, and can generate advanced group-level quotas to support more optimal smart procurement everywhere through the new SAP S/4HANA platform.   SAP FIORI View the latest monthly reports, company deliveries, receipts, and use barcode receipt functions with mobile tools such as mobile phones and notepads.   Quality Management Seamlessly connects material inspections and material receipts. All inspection information is directly inputted to SAP S/4HANA which is tightly linked to the materials. This ensures that quality information throughout the entire production process is recorded, traced, analyzed and evaluated, thus forms a closed cycle management. Paper archive record work, which previously required a lot of manual offline manual work, can now be written directly onto SAP S/4HANA with the use of the newest digital platform to achieve effective data management.   Project Management A module based on the implementation of advanced independent research and development businesses, its main function is to make all projects more segmented, structured, graphic and indexed. It distinguishes and manages management targets in a more detailed and standardized manner to achieve cost-effective management of each activity and target’s property tracking.
