Dear colleagues, customers of Kaifa, on-site representatives of suppliers: In order to ensure the safety of employees and create a healthy working and living environment, under the leadership of Kaifa Party Committee and the management team, the headquarter established a leading group for novel coronavirus prevention and control with quick action, and in the meantime, all factories established emergency response teams immediately to purchase necessary supplies for novel coronavirus prevention and control, and also publish and implement a series of measures. Since January 26th, each factory had taken strict closed-end management measures. Before entering the factory, all persons must truthfully declare personal holiday itinerary and health status, and take body temperature to confirm healthy. In the meantime, we also organized all employees to declare personal itinerary and health information with e-form. Health status of all employees in factories were monitored daily by each site. All persons in factories were required to wear masks. Cleaners carried out disinfection of public areas frequently, and each factory had prepared self-quarantine dormitories and implemented various safety measures. At present, the on-duty management and employees’ life are as usual, and the supplies of related materials ,logistics and medical security in each factory are proceeding normally. We are very glad to let you know that all persons in the factories are safe and healthy, and there are no suspected or confirmed cases.
