Mobile phone memory chip prices ups and downs in April, 2017

On a month-on-month basis, mobile phone memory chip prices have gone up and down in April, 2017. The price of eMCP memory chips in integrated mobile was rising overall, and the increasing rate was more moderate. There are small differences between different capacities, 1GB+8GB rose to 4%, which was the highest increase; 4GB+32GB declined lightly to 0.5%. DRAM and Flash prices vary widely in the rate of growth, with 3GB DRAMs up to 19.5%, while 6GB DRAMs fell 1.6%; 64GB Flash prices rose 9.5%, and 128GB Flash price fell 7%. Terminal manufacturers of memory chip combinations based on 4GB DRAM and 64GB Flash as their flagship models faced greater cost pressures in April.
