China is the world’s largest mobile phone production base, upgrades of mobile phone manufacturing set higher requirements to level of equipment manufacturer, and evenly provides plenty of space for upgrading manufacturing equipment. The first mobile engineering conference 2016 was held in Shenzhen, about three hundred technicians discussed assembling, testing, spraying, digital factory application and automatic detection technology issues during the mobile production process. Assistant president, Zhang, as the guest host, discussed “mobile production automation upgrading” topic with the participants. Many mobile manufacturers, such as Huawei, ZTE Corporation, Kaifa attended and delivered a speech.The sharing topic of Kaifa was “typical failures and countermeasures in the mobile manufacturing process”, including reliability problems existed in smart phones and possible solutions; main failure mode distribution analysis and introduction of failure mechanism of typical failure modes and countermeasure. New-assembled technology brings manufacturer difficulties and challenges in terms of failure analysis, all of which is technology experiences accumulated by Kaifa in mobile manufacturing industry and appraised by the participants. Kaifa also showed mobile manufacturing automation achievements that save huge amount of human cost. Man-machine collaboration transition to automation intelligent factory is near in the future. Flextronics International Ltd, ZTE communicated with Kaifa and hoped to keep closer relations and mutually develop.  Kaifa further improved popularity in mobile manufacturing industry and even electronics industry and absorbed experiences in the industry and other famous enterprises through forum communication and embodied cooperation spirit of “technology is limitless, common development, common progress.”
