Kaifa have decided to adjust the form of quarterly business review (QBR) conference since the fourth quarterly business review that was organized by seven subsidiaries of Kaifa respectively, which can improve meeting efficiency and better communication between all employees and differenciate information highlights of seven branches.  Shenzhen Futian, Shiyan (KFSZ, KFSY):  Chengdu corporation of Kaifa is making preparation for construction. Logistics Department positively builds intelligent logistics and warehousing system to realize in-out stock of material intelligent inventory and intelligent material distribution to save manpower and space cost for better logistics efficiency. Kaifa Suzhou (KFSU):    Kaifa Suzhou positively has been opening up new business of eastern China and registered glucometer products and has been building neat manufacture environment and “zero accident” safety system’s intelligent green factory. Kaifa Huizhou (KFHZ):  There were achievements since production: 44 SMT line bodies were built, over one hundred million mobile phones had produced, total assets reached 1.2 billion by the end of 2015. KFHZ have taken some new measures, such as housekeeping, three-dimensional integrated management that serve important customer, Huawei well. Kaifa Dongguan (KFDG):  Dongguan subsidiary also made a review in the fourth quarterly business review, each business department and functional department made work summary. Dongguan corporate would work harder to create more achievements. Kaifa Malaysia (KFML): KFML reported that there were 6 projects had overfufiled the targets.  Under Industry 4.0 background, manufacturer management would need to combine informatization with automation in the future. At present electronic hardware cost is low in the market, production supervisors could match existing electronic hardware to control and collect production information, such as iPad, smartwatch and smartphone.
