China Field Management Star-rating Assessment and Quality Trustworthy Team experience sharing conference was held in Kunming, Yunnan, SSBU (Solid State Storage Business Unit), SMT (Surface Mount Advanced Engineering) team of Kaifa was honored “2015 National Quality Trustworthy Team” among 900 teams. “Customer supreme, quality first and value creation” is the theme and also the appraisal purpose of “National Quality Trustworthy Team”. SSBU, SMT team pursues excellent quality and creates gold teams all the time and all the members are hard-working and endeavoring to study and create. SMT team requires the employees to handle full-line equipment operation, omnipotent operators reach 100%. Technicians need to be professionally trained before practice, certain irregular misjudged-case training is offered sometimes, which ensures correct operation and product quality.   The team adheres to security first, customer supreme, lean production and positive participation. 95% adopted of more than annual 360 improvement suggestions save 3 million; SMT NXT line-body operators had reduced from 2 people to 1.5 people per line in 2014; Evenly, 1 people per line was realized and became the domestic precedent. Many awards are granted as human cost is greatly lowered. For example, “SMT human optimization” improvement project was honored by 2014 National Quality Award; SMT team was rewarded “2015 National Quality Trustworthy Team” and became the role model, and further encouraging the team to pioneer, aggressively create and bring great values to company.
