Ten years ago, “Shenkeji” was starting to be possessed by Kaifa employees. The newspaper exists to convey company’s voice, reflect business dynamics and express staff’s thoughts. “Shenkeji” has kept pace with the times from the past decade, it focuses on developing rich content, diversified form and professional enterprise media. Now, “Shenkeji” newspaper has been a part of Kaifa’s development history, even a part of Kaifa people in work and life. As a sole official journal of Kaifa, “Shenkeji” enjoys great popularity among staff and senior leaders. Moreover, “Shenkeji” was approved in the industry, they were rewarded “Chinese enterprise newspapers good news”, “Chinese excellent enterprise culture development communication”(group). This newspaper accompanying growth of Kaifa not only bears the responsibility of a platform for better communication between staff and company, but also plays a positive role in corporate enterprise culture promotion and brand establishment with the support of leaders and staff over the past 10 years.    Recording development changes “Shenkeji” published 120 serials along the policy of enterprise culture propagation and brand from 2005. For example, share reform special issue 2006 showed pragmatic style of Kaifa, 2008 released Wenchuan earthquake care special edition, Kaifa Suzhou second phase groundbreaking, Nanshan branch unveiling were recorded in 2009, the first subject year “employee year” with the idea bout caring about employees were disseminated through the newspaper. Kaifa Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (KFML) officially opened in 2004 was included as well. Disseminating enterprise culture and brand value “Shenkeji” timely releases corporate news, report important activities. It is significant in spreading company’s policies and improving the cohesion of staff. In recent years, “Shenkeji” highly values enterprise culture communication. Branches started special issue in order to present enterprise and strengthen brand effect. Six sigma editions shows Kaifa persists in lean management.
