Since June 2013, the first year of carbon emissions performance is about to be ending soon. During this whole year, Kaifa has always been commiting to the compliance obligations. June 30, 2014 was the deadline of the first year in Shenzhen carbon emissions compliance, the enterprise shall submit its quota which equal to the actual carbon emissions quota of 2013. According to media reports, the deadline will not be extended, the companies who could not complete in scheduled time will face a fine of three times price of the transaction, credit losses, a series of inspiration policies cancelation. As of June 20, there are 400 companies, about 63% of the total 635 companies, completed the performance.
