After a series of documentation and policy research on the Company Act 1965, Kaifa Technology Malaysia Sdn.Bhd., (KFML) has been successfully incorporated on January 28, 2014. Following up, KFML is preparing the manufacturing license and other procedures and for SMT and Assembling lines installation and factory renovation work. KFML is a second overseas wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaifa following the Kaifa Technology（Hong Kong）Co.，Ltd.,(KFHK) and the first overseas production plant of Kaifa. The incorporation of KFML marks that Kaifa has taken a new step in the overseas expanding successfully.
