Kaifa Actively Participates in the Formulation of National Standards, Leading the New Development in the Field of Electrostatic Control

Release Time:2025-05-15

Recently, the national standard GB/T 44787—2024 "General Specification for Real-timeMonitoring System of Electrostatic Control Parameters", initiated bythe Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT)and managed by theChina Electronics Standardization Institute(CESI), has been officiallyreleased and implemented from May 1, 2025 onwards. As the first nationalstandard independently formulated in China for the field of real-timemonitoring of electrostatic control parameters, this standard fills the gaps indomestic and international technical standards and guides the fair, scientific, and healthy development of related industries.

Among the 25 participating organizations, Kaifa, leveraging its technological edge in electrostatic protection. The TechnicalResearch and Development & Central Lab (LAB) of KAIFA was deeply involvedin the standard's formulation, taking the lead in the drafting of the projectproposal, the outline formulation, and the setting of functional andperformance requirements.

Kaifa's in-depth involvement stems from itslong-term technological accumulation in intelligent manufacturing andelectrostatic protection. Over the years, through continuous R&D investmentand technological innovation, the company has accumulated rich industryexperience and technological reserves, especially in the optimization ofintelligent manufacturing processes, the research and development ofelectrostatic protection materials, and system integration, forming uniquetechnological advantages. Participating in the formulation of the standard notonly recognizes Kaifa's technological strength, but also reflects itsresponsibility and commitment to promote the industry progress.

With the gradual implementation of thisstandard, numerous industries with strict electrostatic control requirements, such as electronic manufacturing, semiconductor, and precision instruments, areabout to undergo a new revolution in electrostatic control. A scientific andprecise electrostatic control model will significantly improve product qualityand effectively reduce various risks caused by static electricity. Moreimportantly, the standard provides a unified and standardized technicalguideline for the entire industrial chain, effectively promoting industrycollaboration and development. Kaifa will keep applying its technical expertiseto advance industry standards and support high-quality growth in electronics.
