Sep. 20th, China Quality Technology and Innovation Achievements Contest was held in Beijing, the company’s 5 projects stood out among 300 participants, there were 2 model prizes (first prize) and 3 professional prizes ( second prize) respectively.
Gaining technology innovation achievement stems from the company’s lean and 6sigma methodology that requires employees to improve and innovate in their work since 2002. Based on it, Kaifa has built the entire project management system, from trainee selection, project selection, methodology training, technology score, standardized confirmation, financial audit, superior project evaluation to incentive, to enable the company to generate more high-quality employees’ work procedure and efficiency’s optimization and innovation projects that brings the economic benefits to the enterprise and cultivates a number of excellent staff.
This is the persistent pursuit to high-quality optimizations during these years, Kaifa takes home the awards, which represents a high recognition to the company, and also facilitates Kaifa to do better, especially on combining firmly methodology as well as business while facing now increasingly severe market challenges, so as to keep improving project level to bring to Kaifa outstanding achievements.
