The development of these technologies greatly stimulated the development IOT.At present, China"s MEMS sensor field is still relatively backward, the world"s leading manufacturers in the field mainly concentrated in the United States, Europe and Japan. However, in the communication network, China"s Huawei led develop of NB-IoT agreement, and frozen in Busan, South Korea in 2016. In the meanwhile, Huawei is NB-IoT major manufacturer of China"s communications module as well.IOT is divided into four levels, sensing layer, network layer, platform Layer and application layer which conduct a series of applications.MEMS mainstream manufacturersIOT sensing layer involves a wide range of technologies, the major MEMS manufacturers in different segments have their own advantages, which have close cooperation in the IOT field.
