CCBU4 (Communication and Consumer Electronics Business Unit) manufacturing innovation group gained “Guangdong Pioneer Worker” award, which was one of the two enterprises awarded in Huizhou.   Kaifa CCBU4 manufacturing innovation group was established in October 2014. A series of changes made the in-process drop by 64 percent, the motion distance shorten by 14 percent and appreciation proportion improve by 46 percent. With labor cost increasing, the trend that automatic operation replaced simple manual operation is inevitable. The group introduced automatic trigger, test automation line, aging automation equipment and automatic packaging films to achieve flexible manpower line that was efficient production mode and solve the difficulties in recruiting and the rising human costs well.
