The first release conference of Huawei Honor V8 (Mobile Phone) was held in Beijing on May 10. Kaifa was invited to attend Beijing live conference as the Huawei Honor V8 starting manufacturer, which marks Kaifa business development and manufacturing capacity into higher level.    He Ming Ming, the head of CCBU4, and Xiong Jun Min, Minister of Huawei Honor Products, during the release conference. Kaifa sets high requirements in terms of product processing environment to improve competitiveness. Kaifa took a range of measures with the goal of achieving “reliable factory” and started with zero-defect product processing: FFR (Field Failure Rate) index drops from 4.84 percent at the beginning of last year to 3 percent at present, which even exceeds the challenging target of Huawei, the improvement extent reaches 50 percent; manufacturing period reduces from 11 days to 3.08 days, the extent of improvement is 72 percent; overdue task breaks through from 0 monthly to 0 weekly. The introduction of Six Sigma management mode and CCBU4 team spares no effort to sustainably improve, which is not only helps Kaifa forge high quality, high efficiency and high competitive enterprise brand image, but also provides strong competitiveness for becoming starting manufacturer. In March 2016, Kaifa was sharing experiences as the only manufacturer in Huawei ODM/EMS live improvement mobilization meeting. Moreover, Kaifa has passed successively the audit of Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom.
