Recently, “Information construction management conference” has been held by Information System Department (“IS”, short for “Information construction management conference”) in Kaifa. With the theme of information intelligence, the conference launched IT service, promoted fusion of IT and business and level of IT and business application. Information and business develops synchronously, which makes information strategy and business strategy more connected and promotes mutual understanding between IT and business. At present, IS provides four IT services that benefits businesses and promotes capacity and satisfaction of customers. Furthermore, with rapid development of information technology, the Internet, mobilize big data and Industry 4.0 have been strategies at a national level, Kaifa makes higher requests for information construction. IS is preparing some projects, for example, ITSM system, private cloud and SAP HANA. SAP HANA could satisfy big data high-speed operation performance criteria in the future Industry 4.0.     Application integration improves business efficiency Nowadays, global enterprises are transforming into e-business modes and enterprises get closer with the outside, which strongly influences organizational structure of enterprise, such as how enterprises cooperate with partners, suppliers and distributors. Kaifa comprehensively considers integrated application of ERP (SAP), MES, PLM, OA and supplier management platforms and proposes solutions in the process of receiving customers"orders to receivables. It can be seen that warehouse material management ensures data synchronizations of physical flow/information flow and MES/SAP, all key materials in MES system are planned barcode management, then aggregate information is delivered to ERP system that makes both of them learn current warehouse material storage and reduces warehouse’s financial personnel and synchronize date in real time between several systems. Application integration improves work efficiency and brings opportunities of declining SAP licensing cost, manual cost and mobile working and also supports business intelligence. Integration business platform completely improves management software integration, technology independence and promotes dramatically ability, lifetime and investment protection of IT system.
