SSBU2 (“SSBU", short for “Solid State Storage Business Unit”) has finished 28 billion LED wafers point measurement and sorting and has successfully shipped.  LED wafer primarily applies to three fields: backlight, color screen and indoor lighting. In recent years, with product upgrading factors driving, LED products have constantly increased and stayed stable growth trend. The total needs of LED will continue rising in the future. Furthermore, Kaifa positions SSBU2 in wafer point measurement and sorting of LED midstream on the whole of chain. SSBU2 was established in August, 2014 and the sample trial run was recognized by customers in the current month. In December, 2015, SSBU2 got ISO9000 certification. The customer firstly audited in Kaifa and granted us excellent supplier certification. There are 180 equipment were put into production by the middle of March, 2016. Silicone material and integrated circuit are thought to dominate in industry revolution of the 20th century in the industry. It is foreseeable that industry revolution in the 21st century will be LED lighting-based optoelectronic industry, LED solid state lighting will bring green light revolution and form a big business, which also benefits Kaifa and has important significance for sustainable development in the long term. Now, SSBU2 takes measures in improving point measurement equipment efficiency, decreasing consumables consumption and promoting unit-area output to compete in the market. A good beginning is half of success. SSBU2 will keep improving quality of LED point measurement and sorting to win customers in the future.
