Kaifa held the third quarterly business report on October, leadership attended the conference and supplemented, made conclusion on the reports of business units and functional departments. Kaifa has been experiencing internationalized development with the establishment of Malaysia, Thailand factories, the corporate central functional departments should give them a hand more and work to international standards for keeping the same enterprise culture in all factories of Kaifa. For example, parts of files and promotional materials could be translated into Malay and Thai besides bilingualism. “Employees should improve their strengths and team cooperation, which maximizes competitive advantages towards challenges and opportunities in the future, leadership addressed, moreover, leadership plays an important role in further helping the company exploring new businesses. ”  Nowadays, Kaifa has ten business units across Shenzhen, Suzhou, Huizhou, Dongguan, Malaysia, Thailand factories, the challenges and chances facing them are different as well, for instance, Metering System Business Unit ( MSBU) that first reached annual goals, will make a breakthrough in software system. Automation and Equipment Business Unit (AEBU) should learn to improvise and constantly attract talents. Furthermore, many of magnetic recording heads manufacturers have closed down, Computer and Storage Business Unit (CSBU) needs to find a way out of their dilemma and look for opportunities, and still focusing on technology and quality and becoming the dominance in the field. Kaifa also proposes “security is productivity”. Kaifa has held “security year” activities with “deepening security concept and keeping sustainable healthy development” theme, which comprehensively promotes security philosophy and strongly guarantees security production. Kaifa continues to center on the importance of security, individual business unit and factory needs to reinforce security precaution and inspection work and assures safety of the company and employees. The conference lasted for the whole morning, ten business units and eight functional gave reports with over 300 hundred people attending.
