Kaifa Technology Project Passed the China Electronic Science and Technology Commission Identified Successfully

Sep-06-2015, the project of “Advanced mechanical and Ultra-Cleanness Control Technology Research and application – for Key Process Control Technologies of Precision Mechatronics Components Manufacturing” leaded by the Technology Development and Center Lab of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co. Ltd. passed the identification of the China Electronic Science and Technology Commission successfully. The appraisal committee is chaired by Qiang Fu, and composed of six experts, Harbin Institute of Technology, Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, Shenzhen University and the Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industry Association. The technology reports include the appraisal report, research report, application certification report, project social/finance benefits report, and third-part clarification report, are reviewed strictly during the meeting. The appraisal committee made a unanimous consent that the project passed the identification, with the conclusion that the project achievements of the dynamics testing and the ultra-cleanness technologies are in the international advanced level. One of the project results solved the contamination issues of the moving parts during the automation production line, developed the Air current control technology, equipment and tools clean design technologies. The technology realized that micro-contamination control for automation equipment, fixture and tools, so as to the manufacturing environment of the suspended particles micro - dynamic air pollution index met the the international standard ISO14644-1 Class 10. The project released the standards documents for the clean room design, the clean room material testing and evaluation, clean room air state performance. The realization of those design rues improved the micro-contamination control level for the manufacturing process and the environment. In addition, the project developed a new generation of automatic ultrasonic water- base cleaning machine, based on the mixed ultrasonic cleaning technology, the circular flow frequency conversion adjustment technology, the unidirectional flow technique,  and the suction circulation pip. The machine cleaning efficiency for 0.2um particles for HDD components achieved above the 85% combined with HFE solvent. Another achievement project is developed the PZT stroke response tester machine for HDD micro-actuator failure detection. The tester meets the 1nm revolution target, and testing speed fulfilled the in-line monitoring requirement. The technology solve the Technical problems of auto-focusing for the MEMS structure micro-displacement detection, step-motor EMI Inhibition. The project obtained total of 4 national patents, include one Invention patent. Be host of one national standards and participated in the development of 2 industry standards. The Technological achievements realized industrialization application in the Great-wall Kaifa Co, Ltd. Shenzhen factories, and the subsidiary of Suzhou Kaifa Co.Ltd. And it also extended application in other subsidiaries of company in other sites. It provided the technical support for the development of the Kaifa Technology Co.Ltd.
