Tommi, the director of terminal integrated delivery department awarded CCBU4(Communication and Consumer Electronics Business Unit)，Huawei manufacturing team of Huizhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. that made significant contribution in FP item of blue ocean transformation on 20, August. The honor from Huawei customer was attributed to the team’s hard working. Huawei chose Kaifa as the first recommendatory EMS manufacturer in July last year. The team has improved logistics---material delivery and receiving---the manufacturing period in the past one year, such as FP system implementation, DUN automation, logistics capacity switch and production plan capacity construction. Master schedule plan was shortened from seven days to three days. The improvement made all the materials reach EMS after pulling material instruction within thirty-six hours, sustain scheduling of different supply mode, promote scheduling performability, achieve 95% master schedule rate and decrease to seven-days goal in releasing MO into Huawei’s warehouse.
