Kaifa’s second quarter business report was organized on July, 23. The time of quarter business report was adjusted from one day to half a day to improve the efficiency and convey the report highlights better. Recently, Kaifa continued to stride in making acquisitions. Kaifa bought Payton Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, Greatwall Kemei. And Kaistar Lighting (Xiamen) Co., ltd, the subsidiary of Kaifa, proposed the foreign share acquisition. Furthermore, a new business unit, LMBU ( Local Smart Meter Business Unit) was founded. Reviewing the past quarter, each business module has exerted great efforts. Kaifa owns sixteen subsidiary companies in seven areas separately, talents are our chief concern. Kaifa encouraged personnel by awarding policy, training courses to attract them into the group as soon as possible.
