Recently, the 8th China (Shenzhen) Corporate Governance Summit was held in Shenzhen, guided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the China Corporate Governance Research Institute, and hosted by the Shenzhen Corporate Governance Research Association and the South China Digital Industry Group. The theme of this year's forum was "Empowering the Capital Market and Forging New Quality Productivity". Kaifa stood out among 794 listed companies in the Greater Bay Area with its stable and outstanding corporate governance level, and was honored with the "Top 20 Green Governance Listed Companies in the Greater Bay Area 2024" award.

The selection of the award was based on the model and algorithm developed by the China Corporate Governance Research Institute. An expert team evaluated, screened, and ranked the companies based on the six dimensions of corporate governance, the weights of each first-level and second-level indicator, and the publicly disclosed information of each company in 2023. After strict review and selection by the expert group of the review committee and another check by the regulatory authorities against the negative list, the final list of winners was formed.

As a company that has been rated as an A-level (excellent) enterprise in the information disclosure assessment of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for four consecutive years, this award received by Kaifa highlights the high recognition of the company's governance level by the capital market.
