Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China（MIT） released the 2024 o Green Manufacturing List , Dongguan Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kaifa (hereinafter "Kaifa Dongguan"), was recognized as "National Green Factory", highlighting the company's progress in promoting sustainable development and building a green manufacturing system.

As a crucial component of Kaifa's ESG system development, the establishment of a national green factor has been a key focus. Kaifa Dongguan established a "Green Factory Construction Leading Group" in January 2024. Over six months of diagnosis, benchmarking, and filling gaps, the team successively completed ISO 50001 energy management system certification, greenhouse gas verification including scope 3 emissions, and carbon footprint verification of e-book products,. Additionally, they also completed the introduction of eco-design, water balance testing and water-saving enterprise creation, and passed clean production audits, energy audits, energy efficiency benchmarking, water efficiency benchmarking These efforts aim to transform Kaifa Dongguan into a national-level green factory characterized by intensive land use, non-toxic raw materials, clean production processes, waste resource recovery, and low-carbon energy utilization.

In the future, Kaifa will continue to uphold the green and low-carbon development concept, actively respond to the national call for the green transformation of the manufacturing industry, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with other green manufacturing enterprises, and jointly explore new models and paths for green manufacturing. Simultaneously, Kaifa will further enhance its management capabilities and innovative capacity in green manufacturing practices, striving to make greater contributions to driving the green transformation and sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
