Recently, the project "Nearline HDD High-Density Magnetic Head Precision Assembly and Intelligent Testing Technology R&D and Industrial Application" completed by Kaifa's DSBU3 was successfully certificated as a scientific and technological achievement. The appraisal committee, composed of authoritative experts organized by the China Information Industry Chamber of Commerce, listened to the project summary report, technical development report, user application report, and economic and social benefit analysis report on the spot. They carefully reviewed the scientific and technological novelty search report, third-party testing report and other materials, and questioned and discussed the technical details, forming the following appraisal opinion:

The appraisal committee believes that this project integrates advanced precision electromechanical control technology, ultra-clean control technology and intelligent measurement technology, and builds the core industrial technology of high-density magnetic head precision assembly and intelligent measurement. The related technology fills the gap in high-precision magnetic head assembly and testing technology at home and abroad. The overall project has reached the international advanced level, and the mixed intelligent assembly of graded magnetic heads, ultra-high precision swaging, multi-frequency composite intelligent cleaning, and infrared intelligent microscopic defect measurement technology have reached the international leading level. All members unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal of the achievement.
